CCSI seeks multiple full-time (evening) and per diem Forensic Intervention Team Specialists in Monroe County, NY, to provide de-escalation, clinical assessment, evaluation, diversion from hospitalization, and care coordination/referrals during mental health-related 911 calls. This position requires an LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, licensed psychoanalyst, doctorate in psychology, or PRN/RN, or MSW/MHHS + 5 years experience. Must be able to assess clients and take appropriate action, build collaborative relationships with first responders and treatment providers, apply de-escalation and trauma-informed techniques, and work independently. Must be able to satisfactorily complete all required background screenings, have regular access to a NYS registered, insured, and inspected vehicle with a minimum of $300,000 personal liability on auto insurance policy, and willing to carry a police radio during shift.
