Working with Older Adults Special Interest Group Panel
Working with the geriatric population brings its unique challenges. Social workers working with this population need to be trained in areas including anxiety, dementia, depression, financial instability, isolation, and other emotional and social challenges.
Join us for the first Working with Older Adults Special Interest Group event on April 29th at 6:30pm to hear from our panelists and share your experiences working with this population during the pandemic. Connect with other social workers to discuss and share resources on COVID-19, feelings of isolation, and loss in the pandemic for older adults.
