This Secondary Traumatic Stress webinar will examine a recent study conducted at a social service agency in the northeastern United States to acknowledge Secondary traumatic Stress in the workplace and how social workers can assess for the possibility of Secondary Traumatic Stress within an agency context. Recommendations to address Secondary Traumatic Stress at the macro, mezzo, and micro levels will be addressed.
