This workshop is approved for NYS continuing education credit hours for licensed social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, and licensed mental health counselors.
There is no registration fee. Please register by April 2, 2018. Seating is limited and space may fill up prior to this date.
This free seminar will be of interest to non-clinical disciplines that provide services at agencies for individuals living with HIV and Hepatitis C including: case managers, social workers, mental health counselors, substance use counselors, peer educators, patient navigators, HIV testers, HIV educators and PrEP coordinators.
This program has been approved for 4.0 New York State Education Department Continuing Education Credits for Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.
All attendees will receive a certificate to verify their attendance and are encouraged to submit this documentation to other credentialing boards for reciprocity of credit, if needed.
Travel expenses are the financial responsibility of the registrant such as transportation, lodging, and food outside of the conference.
