This webinar is for those who are beginning, or wish to begin, a career in social work administration, management and leadership. The presentation will cover best practices of social work leadership theory, and management, and how to implement each. Ruling our practices and organizations are demands for proof of effectiveness. A cursory introduction to Management by Objectives (MBO) and Evidence Based Management (EBM) will be presented.

After the completion of this webinar, participants will:
- Know the traits of a great Social Work Administrator
- Know best social work management theories
- Know how to effectively lead and motivate social work staff
- Basics of performance evaluations for social work staff
- Know what the different between leadership and management
