While goal-setting is a powerful practice, it can be overwhelming for many people. Taking actual steps towards reaching goals can be even more challenging. By mastering the principles of S.M.A.R.T goal-setting, getting clear on what you want, planning, taking action, and being accountable, there are no goals outside of your reach.

Attendees will leave this workshop with:

• the knowledge to begin their own transition,
• the ability to identify common mistakes made in goal-setting,
• the knowledge of what it means to make your goals S.M.A.R.T,
• strategies that will take you from S.M.A.R.T to SMARTER,
• the knowledge of how to explore ways to boost accountability, and;
• simple tips for getting into action TODAY!
