• If you do not attend, you will be considered a ‘no-show’.
• Refund emails must include the subject line "Refund Request" and the attendee's name, workshop date, and title in the body of the email.
• If a refund request is made later than two business days prior to the workshop date, NASW-NYS reserves the right to refuse the request.
• Refunds are subject to a 20% administrative processing fee.
• Refund requests typically take 5 business days for processing.
• In the case of a no-show or partial participation, no refund will be granted.
• Credits or applying refunds to a future course are not offered.
• You will not receive a recording of the presentation for credit.
• You will receive a full refund if NASW-NYS cancels the event.
