Workshop Description

In this two-hour training we will discuss the theory and development of an energy psychology method – Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping). We will discuss the role of the limbic centers of the brain and a rationale for integrating body-based interventions such as acupressure and eye movements. Participants will learn how to use EFT to calm the brain and reprogram limiting beliefs.

Learning Objectives

After the completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • State the area of the brain responsible for limbic activation
  • State the brain wave state where most beliefs are held
  • Describe the tapping protocol for beliefs
  • Develop an understanding of why body-based interventions are effective for transforming beliefs
  • Develop an understand of the purpose of eye movements, and when to use caution with them.

This workshop is approved for 2.0 continuing education credit hours.
