Workshop Description
In this course, therapists will discover the keys to unlocking their therapeutic niche and leveraging it to build a thriving private practice. Together, we will explore our unique strengths and skills as clinicians. Through practical exercises, participants will learn how to define their ideal client, align their practice with their client’s needs, and develop targeted marking strategies.
The presenter, a group therapy practice owner, will share her personal experiences as a practice owner and how she has used her clinical niche to build her therapy practice. She will discuss some of the challenges and strategies for navigating the marketing aspect of private practice entrepreneurship.
Lastly, we will discuss ethical decision-making as we market support our niche and manage our businesses. We will review some key elements of our Code of Ethics and how these values should shape the strategies we use to build a private practice.
