Workshop Description
COVID-19 is a virus that has plagued the world over the past year. As a result of COVID-19, Post Covid Syndrome also known as Long-Haul COVID has begun impacting many people who have contracted the COVID-19 virus. This webinar will provide insight as to who this condition affects, how it is affecting the population, what assistance is available, and what the implications are for social work practice.
Learning Objectives
After the completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Explain the characteristics of and medical treatment modalities for Post-Covid Syndrome
- Determine when clients condition/symptoms may be related to Post-Covid Syndrome and create social work interventions to address the effects of Post-Covid Syndrome
- Discuss Post-Covid Syndrome implications for social work with clients and colleagues and identify appropriate resources and referral sources for clients.
This workshop is approved for 1.0 continuing education credit hours.

Jazmin Graham, LCSW With undergraduate education in Advertising/Public Relations and a Master’s in Social Work, Jazmin provides a unique skill set of serving others while bringing awareness of the resources that are available to those in need. She has been a social worker for 10 years and has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for eight years. During her tenure as a social worker she has worked in various fields including: medical, mental health, and military.
